Al founded A2M in 2010. He built the company from the ground up and created the business and marketing models. His education includes a Bachelor of Science, Professional Aeronautics Embry –Riddle Aeronautical University, Community College of the Air Force, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, FAA Licensed Air Frame Power Plant Mechanic. Al is a retired USAF, CMSgt (28 years). His military experience includes:

57 CMS Squadron Superintendent 2007-2008
16 WPS Aircraft Maintenance Unit Superintendent 2005-2007
HQ AMC, IG Maintenance Superintendent 2002-2005
